Symba’s platform supports small to enterprise companies with early career programs of various sizes. While programs with at least 10 participants see a lot of success with our platform, 25+ participants is when many programs get the most out of using Symba.

If your company has a year-round early career program with multiple start dates, we can support that! In fact, we are currently powering an internship program at an enterprise biotechnology company with over 900 interns, 1033 managers, and 39 unique start dates in a year.
