Our co-founder and CEO, Ahva Sadeghi was one of the first remote interns with the US Department of State and became passionate about remote work as a new pathway to opportunities. In 2017, Ahva was a fellow with Congressman John Lewis in Atlanta and founded Symba as an action project to create equitable access to the workforce. Shortly thereafter, Nikita Gupta, Symba’s co-founder and CTO joined the team to turn the idea into a reality. Today, Symba is powering thousands of workforce development programs, including internships, bootcamps, apprenticeships and more!
Led by a young and diverse team, Symba is building a platform with a purpose—to open up the workforce. Symba helps businesses adapt to the future of work—adopting remote operations, investing in the next generation of talent, and committing to diversity and inclusion.
