CBS Interactive (CBSi), a subsidiary of ViacomCBS, needed a tool to build their award-winning community in a new remote setting. They turned to Symba. The Community feature gave CBSi and its interns a customized, quick introduction to everyone’s interests and hobbies. In addition, intern managers utilized the Engage Learning Center to get their interns to participate in both meaningful and entertaining discussions. CBSi was able to easily manage their internship program, build valuable relationships, and actively engage all internship participants.
