The team used to rely on back-and-forth emails, Google chat, and official service requests to ensure their interns got all the resources they needed. Additionally, before Symba, they were using spreadsheets and Google Forms to manually create, collect, and analyze midpoint and end-of-program surveys. With our survey capabilities, they were able to automate everything and cut down time spent on surveys by over half.

The Results
